唐揚げ

日本に来たら必ずたべたいとの声も多い唐揚げ
ビールとの相性が抜群
海外ではフライドチキンが有名だが、唐揚げとの違いは
「唐揚げ」は食材に醤油やみりんで和風の味付けをし小麦粉などをまぶして揚げたもの
「フライドチキン」は鶏肉にハーブやスパイスで洋風の味付けをした衣をつけて揚げたもの
用は、味付けの違いですね

もつ煮込み

海外では動物の内臓を食べる文化が少ない為、海外の人は初めは戸惑うそうです
日本では、大人気の「もつ煮込み」は栄養価が多く含まれており、
疲労回復に良いビタミンB群やビタミンA
鉄分・亜鉛などのミネラルが豊富に含まれている

山芋

海外にはそもそも生食文化が少なく、「生のままで芋を食べる」事に否定的との事
ヌルヌルした食感とドロドロした見た目も苦手な外人は多い
山芋は食物繊維が豊富で便秘が解消され、肌の調子が良くなるとされています

たこやき

海外では「デビルフィッシュ」と呼ばれ、タコを食べない国は多い
これは、宗教上の問題が関係している場合が多いが、最近では人気上昇中

Karaage (Fried Fried Chicken)
